Imagine starting your morning with coffee on the breezy veranda, spending the afternoon by your own pool and ending the day with dinner outdoors as the family shares stories. In this inviting home in Brakkeput Abou, there is space to enjoy it all.

Set in a quiet, popular and child-friendly neighbourhood, this beautifully furnished property brings together comfortable family living, generous outdoor spaces and the added flexibility of a spacious studio.

Designed for life together

A distinctive entrance bridge welcomes you into the living room and open-plan kitchen. At the heart of the kitchen, a stylish island creates a natural gathering place—from breakfast before school to relaxed evenings preparing dinner together. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, sink, American-style stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher.

From the living room, step onto the spacious veranda, where lovely views and cooling breezes invite you to linger. Whether you are enjoying a quiet moment with a book, hosting friends or sharing a family meal, this is a space you will use every day.

For a different perspective, head up to the rooftop terrace and take in the wonderful views.

Room for everyone to unwind

The main house offers three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. The primary suite is a comfortable retreat, complete with generous built-in cabinetry and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, large bathtub, separate shower and enclosed toilet.

The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, making the layout well suited to family life. A large water heater supplies hot water.

A spacious studio with endless possibilities

On the lower level, a generously proportioned, open-plan studio offers its own kitchen, bathroom and large storage cupboard. Folding garden doors connect the interior to an expansive outdoor area.

It is a wonderful option for visiting family, an older teenager who would appreciate some independence, or a dedicated space to work from home.

Your own outdoor escape

The large private swimming pool is a highlight of the property, with an inviting seating area alongside it. Think relaxed weekends at home, refreshing afternoon swims and long, warm evenings spent with the people you love.

With a veranda, rooftop terrace and generous outdoor living areas, everyone can find their favourite spot.
